Ab Fab Pilates offers authentic instruction in Joseph Pilates' method of body conditioning, on the full range of equipment he designed and engineered.
Equipment training is offered in private (one-on-one), duet (you bring a friend) and small group classes (you book, we find the other people). Hours are by appointment Monday through Friday.
A limited number of mat classes are offered, including one on Saturday.
Ab Fab's owner, Jayne McAllister, has been practicing Pilates since 1998 and is fully certified through Power Pilates' Comprehensive Certification in the mat and apparatus exercises. She has over 1,000 hours of formal training and years of experience.
