With Austral's exclusive one-menu concept, guests will be served a continuous procession of courses. The ample meal priced at $29.95 starts with freshly baked breads, accompanied by specially flavored dipping sauces and three salads chosen daily by Austral’s Executive Chef. The next course begins with rice, beans and crisp seasonal vegetables followed by an unlimited assortment of meats including pork, chicken, beef and seafood dishes. The entrée is served with a flaming presentation at your table by Austral’s Gauchos.
Austral also features a full bar with a selection of 101 specialty Martinis and our signature drink, "Coscorrones", which is a concoction of beer and tequila that is slammed on the table before drinking. Patrons may also choose from a extensive Latin American wine list, selected by Austral's own wine steward.

Perhaps it was because I went midweek and the place was dead - but the service was atrocious, the food mediocre and the "procession" of food more like a wake, it took forever.
The female server seemed uninterested and was very upset at not getting a tip. Well, heres a tip for her - if you dont like serving customers, dont work in a restaurant! I couldn't wait to leave with my 10 collegues, I was embarrassed to have taken them there.

I went there for my anniversary and both my bf and me had a spectacular time. In the middle of our first course we both agreed that this is possibly one of our all-time favorite restaurants. The food was exceptional and service flawless. The ambiance was nice and makes for great entertaining out-of-town guests. I highly recommend it!! Oh, and try the white Sangria.. simply delicioso!

This is definitely the best restaurant in Central Florida. My husband is Regional GM for restaurants and he is taking notes! Best service, and I love the Latin Bands on Saturday nights! Great music.
