The B-Line Diner is a lively, airy, pleasant 24-hour restaurant, diner, soda fountain, and bake/cake shop located on the Lobby Level of the hotel. It has the nostalgia of the Fifties, but the buzz and coolness of the 21st century. While the look is gleaming chrome and black-and-white marble of another era, the food is modern America's best.
Simply good if not great food at a reasonable price for what you get. Breakfasts with the best corned beef hash literally anywhere in Orlando and most other cities. Great lunches with the turkey burger and other specials, and their own homemade potato chips. I enjoy dinner their every Thursday night and the seafood catch is always excellent. Tilapia, cod and salmon are the three anchors to really creative seafood dinners with rice or pasta. The cook who is the soup specialist is a master, to say the least. The Chef in charge, Terrell, is very particular about what is served and how it is served; and his staff is absolutely the best professionals in Orlando.
