Beluga is an upscale restaurant in Winter Park that features indoor/outdoor dining and bars, two private dining rooms with state of the art technology and a custom glass top piano bar featuring live entertainment on Fridays and Saturdays. The restaurant serves fresh seafood and Allen Brothers steaks with friendly and unobtrusive service. Beluga also features signature martinis, an extensive drink list and custom stuffed olives.

Chef John Clark, an original in the sense of this restaurant and his style, set the stage for a unique and satisfying dining experience, and although he has returned to Disney and the Grande, much of his concepts remain for this success story.
