Best BBQ by far in Orlando! We had them cater our wedding rehearsal dinner and everyone RAVED about their food! I recommend them 100%, great food and great service!

Best ribs by a mile! Competition team turned into a restaurant, the flavor of the BBQ is amazing. The sides need a little work, but if you don't go there for the sides, you go there for the ribs.

Unlike other bbq that hides the meat with sauces, Blackwater's meat actually is where the flavor is at. Oh, and they have good sauces too...

I have catered 3 parties from Blackwater BBQ. They have never let me down, and have gone overboard to help me with my part. We never have left overs when we cater from them.
