Authentic Bar-B-Q is a labor of love involving hours of preparation. We use only the finest lean meats and trim them twice - before and after the seasoning and cooking process. The technique of closed pit cooking imparts flavors that cannot be matched by other methods. This process gives our Beef, Pork, Ribs and Chicken a reddish or pink color, even though it is thoroughly done.
Brians is the best I've found in Florida. We moved from the midwest, where BBQ was everywhere. We moved here and people think that Sonny so a BBQ place. As my kids and I so lovingly call it "Arm pit bbq".

Have searched everywhere from Orange to Volusia County looking for good BBQ Baby Back Ribs. Didn't find them until driving down a road in Deland on my way to Pierson. Brian's is the best. I drive 30 minutes to got there to eat as often as we can.
