Bruno himself has over 20 years of experience in the finest gourmet kitchens all over the world. Bruno is a graduate of the famous Paul Bocuse Restaurant in Lyons, France. He has worked in such fine places as France, with the famous great chefs Paul Bocuse, Alain Ducasse and Gaston Lenotre. Then in England, at the London Hilton. He was recruited for Walt Disney World. In Central Florida, Bruno was also the head chef at Le Coq Au Vin, and then at Le Provence.
The most amazing baked goods can be found at Brunos. A friend told me about a little bakery tucked away in a secluded corner of Sanford, I made the trip and it was so worth it. I love love love it and make a special trip once a month just to get a Golden Triangle!!
Bruno is the best pastry CHEF in the whole area.He sets the standards. His daily simple but tasteful lunches are awesome. I wish he was closer to my office because i will be eating every day from his menu. I will be very disappointed if he does not get # one but he is hidden path in Sanford but if you try it, you will know and never go back to any other place, trust me.
Walking into Bruno's is comparable to walking into the finest Parisian Bakery! The only problem is trying to decide which delicacy to choose on a given visit. Delectable pastries!!!
