At Charley's Steak House, "We've Got Great Steaks!" All of our steaks are selected from only the best three-year-old grain-fed steer, graded USDA Prime and Choice. After starting with the finest beef, we age the loins for a minimum of four to five weeks for tenderness and flavor. When the time is right, we cut the loins into steaks and trim away most of the excess fat, leaving only enough for flavor. Then we prepare the steaks and flame broil them on our custom-built, natural wood-burning pit.
At Charley's I learned the meaning of never order seafood at a steakhouse. I ordered a 16-oz lobster tail on August 4. It was served to me out of the shell, the bottom was black; it was rubbery and almost tasteless. What a waste!
We will travel anywhere to experience a great steak dinner. Being that my husband and I are meat and potato eaters, we seem to be hard critics when it comes down to rating an over the top Steak. I have to admitt that HANDS DOWN Charley's Steak House not only had the BEST tasting steaks and an extensive wine list, they backed it up with OVER THE TOP service. My husband and I give a SUPERIOR rating and we have put a hault on our journeys. Charley's Steak House is where you will find us!!!!! .......A truly satisfied couple!!!
Absolutely the best fine dining restaurant I have ever been to, been to many, as I am a big foodie. The entire staff was very attentive to every need (and want), had a great time and will make sure to be back soon!
I travel all over the world and happened upon Charley's last week. Being a local I have heard lot's of great things about Charley's over the years but never had gone. My wife and I sat at the bar and Ray took care of us. I was suprised to hear that Charley's serves an organic Porterhouse. My wife and I were extremly happy to see their wine half bottle list. We like to try as many different wines during dinner as possible and most wines offered in other restaurants are boring. Charleys has the wines we like we enjoyed a half bottle of great Bordeaux and a half bottle of Barolo. We will be back....
I love Charley's.....the husband and I discovered it last year and have been hooked since. AWESOME steaks, beautiful environment and a spot-on presentation by our waiter Jimi. I have to say that it wasn't just the food, but also all the steps and attention to detail that makes each visit for us soo enjoyable.

Steak? You wanna great, flavorful, juicy steak? Well let me tell ya, Charleys Steakhouse is by far the Best in the world, the way they age, marinate and grill, cannot be duplicated at home. A sure way to feel at home with the server and bar staff. Wines, ohhh the wines,(Giants)sized selections to accompany your palate with each course, Badda Bing! I go every chance I get and so should everyone.
Love the wine list, wide variety to choose from! The steaks are phenominal as always and recently have been selling all natural beef and bison....so good and good for you! Took bussiness clients there and sealed the deal, it's alot easier to get what you want when there are no negative distractions!
I was greatly pleased with my experience at Charley's, the wait staff was experienced ,knowledgeable, and professional.I was also pleased that Kobi (the best beef in the world) and Bision (one of the healthiest choices of red meat) were available.I highly recommend the Ribeye steak the best i ever had.
