At Charley's Steak House, "We've Got Great Steaks!" All of our steaks are selected from only the best three-year-old grain-fed steer, graded USDA Prime and Choice. After starting with the finest beef, we age the loins for a minimum of four to five weeks for tenderness and flavor. When the time is right, we cut the loins into steaks and trim away most of the excess fat, leaving only enough for flavor. Then we prepare the steaks and flame broil them on our custom-built, natural wood-burning pit.

My Charley's experience was the best steak house experience ever!! From the start I was greeted with a warm and friendly hostess staff, the waiter was eager to tell me about there award winning wine list, signature martinis as well as a full bar. There were many feature appetizers not to metion the ones on the menu. The waiter gave us a tour of there fine prime steak selections. Another critic rated Charley's the number one steakhouse in the country (Tom Horan With America's top ten steakhouses) I would have to agree with him. I don't want to give too much away because I want you to experience Charley's for yourself. If your going out for dinner or a special occasion Charley's is the place to fill your steak desires.

Charley's on SOBT is the perfect place for every occasion! I've gone there since they opened, with and without others, and have NEVER be disappointed. Their steaks are out of this world, melt in your mouth quality, and I've tried them all (of course with the exception of the BIG one). My former drivers can attest to that one : ) When I worked I took company drivers and their spouses there for special occasions and they all ordered the Biggest Steak Charley's had to offer. They loved it! A few took home doggie bags for meals the rest of the week! My hat is off to Charley's on SOBT! You have never proved me wrong is saying You're the BEST!!!!!
