At Charlie's, we know our success is due to using only the finest ingredients. We use the recipes of our grandfather's father. That's right, four generations of know how which brings that true old-fashioned goodness to every item we bake. Charlie Hawks had been a baker at Wolfie's on the Beach, in Miami, for 20 years when he followed his dream and opened his own bakery in South Orlando in November of 1971. Since then the bakery has doubled in size in the same location. Charlie's son is a fourth generation baker, carrying on his father's dream.
