College Park Yoga offers classes in the Power Yoga Method (the no worries method). CPY as we are also known is a lil' place where you can go to release stress, sweat out toxins, and gain new insight to your life and yoga. someone said the other day "it is more than just a yoga class." Anyhoo- we have been around for almost 8 years - we think we must be doing something right.. plus we have won best of (of different publications and city vote engines) 6 times! Calvin and Theresa are the best yoga instructors. The practice can be very intense, physically and at the same time soothing, mentally. Calvin and Theresa teach you how to center yourself and not worry about other people during practice.

Teresa and Calvin (the owners) are the best. You will feel at home regardless of how long you've been practicing yoga. Newcomers and veterans alike are welcome.

CPY is a wonderful place to practice yoga. That is where I started 5 years ago. Teresa and Calvin are so welcoming. Try the community class on Saturday.
