David Sanborn is my Dad and I no he cares about his bike shops.
He has the best people working for him, and they no everything they need to know about bikes, tires, wheels,and of the customers. I love the stores they are all very complex. Love the stores they are great.

Great service and parts that are in stock. The staff is very knowledgeable - in terms of doing work on my bike and helping me to make the right purchases. The owner along with a local bike racing team (Trek Racing Team 19) also does a lot of things to help the community: The Bikes for Kids program. This program provides bicycles along with helmets and locks to underprivileged students in Central Florida schools as a reward for hard work and good behavior. This is a very special program that David's World Cycle has been providing time, money and bikes to for years. This year they delivered 35 bikes! Members of theirs have also made contributions to the community with events like a bicycle safety program for local Cub Scouts.

Customer service is beyond anything I've ever experienced. Way better than any other shop I've ever been to. (especially the casselberry store, those guys rock)
