Definitely the best. I've been running for over 25 years all over the world (serving in the Air Force) and this is the best, most knowledgeable and helpful staff I've ever encounterd in assisting with running shoe needs.

I am new to running and Brian was awesome when I went into his store. He took lots of time to explain things to me. Oh and I have never been fitted for shoes like that before!! As a Triathlon Coach I highly recommend Front Running Sports to all my clients for their running needs.
I like the fact that everyone who comes into the store is encouraged to get onto the treadmill and get videotaped for their shoe fitting. Then, not only can the store reps do their jobs better in recommending a shoe type, but the athletes themselves can also see what the reps are trying to do for their running mechanics.
Video benefits:
• Still shots of the gait help determine exactly what type of shoe you need to be in.
• Video analysis can help determine if you have a biomechanical problem, muscle imbalance, or flexibility issue.
The best thing about this store is the knowledgeable staff. They know everything about gear, training tips and resources to make you the best runner possible. They are not only sales reps but athletes themselves. It takes one to know one.

Hand down the best running/tri store in the area. Staff is knowledgable and friendly. The gait analysis helped me immensely in my marathon/triathlon efforts. Good selection of triathlon and running gear and nutrition. Good sales too!

Front Running Sports has a knowledgeable and friendly staff that works to fit each customer with the proper equipment regardless of their fitness level. It is always a pleasure to visit their store conviently located in Lake Mary!

I can't say enough about them. The first time I walked into the store just to check it out and they treated me like more than a customer. I have bought two pairs of shoes there so far. Everytime I go in they spend time with me helping me find a pair that works. As an avid triathlete I recommend them to everyone.
