Graze is exceptional! Constantly bringing clients from all over the world to this establishment and they always provide attentive service, fresh items on the menu, and comfortable atmosphere. Although the gourmet food is deliciously prepared by a culinary team influenced by a young man with extensive experience from the culinary capital of the world, New York, I have to agree that my clients AND family members frequent Graze for its very unique cocktail items. This menu is unlike any other cocktail menu anyone has ever experienced. There is a 'drink' for anyone, and I recommend asking your waiter or bar staff to describe their own personal favorite! These unique 'concoctions' or 'potions' (hey Halloween is around the corner!) all feature fresh fruit/juices, sugar cane, elderflower, etc., all carefully and thoughtfully combined with unique spirits to make you and your guest wanting more! You must take a moment to actually 'gaze' at each cocktail, and appreciate the complexity of the ingredients, right down (or up) to the matching garnish that will make you wish you had a camera. So, that being said, kudos to the talented young 'chef' in the back, the waitstaff (as long as they are not talking 'story' around other patrons), and tons of kudos to the Bar Manager Jill (should really be Bar Chef, Master Mixologist, Beverage Director, etc.) for those unique creations and flavors 'in a glass' that will complement the fine dining at Graze.
