WOW, Thats a First! Illywish obviously doesnt know his Cigars, or anything about Harry Smooth! This is the friendliest, most Courteous guy on the PLANET! And his Cigars are always Perfect, his Humidor stocked with the very best Cigars on the Market, and the people there are Great! Just shows his ignorance of Cigars. I have to agree with SpikeMaduro, carry your happy a** to 7-11 and Parliment house Illywish, because you obviously know nothing about Cigars, or Harry.

Im truly sorry you had a negative experience here at Harry Smooth's. I strive to give the best Customer Service in the business, using first names, handshakes, and lots of humor. I treat each and every customer like I have known them for years, and truly appreciate your business. As for Poor Quality of Product, I dont really know what you mean...as I have all the Super Premium Cigars, and a Large Stock of Specialty Cigarettes, Flavored Cigars and Accessories. I do not carry "Drugstore" Cigars, White Owl Type Cigars and Domestic Cigarettes...just have to go to 7-11 for those.
Again...Im sorry for your Negative Experience, but it might help if you were a little more descriptive with your experience...the Blanket Statement "TERRIBLE SERVICE and POOR QUALITY just doesnt cut it, because we all know better than that! Read the other 45 Reviews......They say it All!!!!!

If you want a great cigar and some real entertainment, Harry Smooth's is the place to be. He has a complete variety of quality cigars but he is also one of the nicest and funniest guys you'll ever meet. No one feels out of place because he puts in the extra effort to make you feel right at home in his shop. I've recommended his shop to many customers and no one has been disappointed in his cigars, his shop or in Harry Smooth himself. If you haven't been there, you've missed a real treat. I stumbled into Smooth's place a few years ago after visiting every shop in the county. His was the last place as my list as it was the farthest from me. Been going on a regular basis ever since. Great cigars and great company. Many of the fine customers I now consider friends. Gurkha cigars? He's got em, along with many other fine cigars. I have never walked into a humidoe with more of a dynamic selection then Harry's, and I have been to most of the "mega" stores.
Nice atmosphere and very helpful service. Walk in and feel like you have been a life time customer even on your first visit. Excellent selection and no afraid to try new products so ask a ye may receive.
