I never really believed in massage until I gave in and went to Jonah Salomon to help me with a lower back problem that plagued me from time to time. The last time I had this problem Jonah explained it was a soaz problem and he did his magic. That afternoon I was feeling much better and able to walk. By the next day, my back problem was gone and has never returned. I'm now a believer in massage.
