The food is top notch; the menu is sophisticated without being precious. The service was very good and the management was attentive. Romantic? Sorry, I didn't notice because I was distracted by the food.
Chef Bram focuses on fresh ingredients prepared without to much sauce or seasoning. He lets the food speak for itself. Bravo!

Bram and his staff present wonderful presentations and delightful Afrikaan delicacies. I personally recommend the Peri Peri Prawns. We own 29 hectares of land near Kruger Park in South Africa and feel at home at Journey's without having to travel so far.

Journeys has a great wine selection including wines from South Africa. Coming from southern Africa, as do Bram and Geraldine, visits to Journeys are a taste of home. The food at Journeys is outstanding, the service superb and the atmosphere is perfect for a romantic dining experience.
