Lake Center Yoga Orlando is Orlando’s only yoga studio operated by a Certified Anusara Yoga teacher since 1998 and is dedicated to the practice of Anusara Yoga. Anusara Yoga was founded by John Friend in 1997 and is one of the fastest growing systems of hatha yoga in the world. It blends a joyful attitude with the Anusara Universal Principles Of Alignment to create a safe, fun, complete practice for everyone.
The Universal Principles of Alignment of Anusara Yoga return us to health and well being in our physical body. From there the journey back to our center of being begins and we remember our connectedness to all of creation. By nurturing ourselves we are able to serve all.
