The lonely heroes erupted out of the desire to play music that captured moments and expressed them in a way that moved people. Within the confines of their music is the desire for consummation. A desire to be filled and content in relationships, with friends, with the world. When people ask us about our name they say, "What, are you lonely or something?" which is a dumb question. But maybe we are! Loneliness is a voice that speaks louder than sometimes we like to give it credit. It tells us we need something other than ourselves. It shows our need for true, real, raw relationships. We are frankly not scared of the word. And we recognize there are good, sane people in this world that recognize this as well. These are the kind of people we represent. In September lonely heroes began to meet together to “jam” out. A band came out of this experience called the Lonely Heroes. Lonely Heroes are excited about the journey they are to partake on, and are hopeful that you might be a part of such a journey. Right now Lonely Heroes is focused on recording so that you can take us with you wherever you go. Please stay in touch as we are working hard at getting everything…well, lookin’ good. And please forgive our BS in trying to come up with words that describe us. Because it is so cliche. We are very un-intense and the farthest things from rock stars.
I am extremely upset that there is not a sixth star because they deserve it. I fall asleep to his smokey vocals every single night. Some people call me crazy. And I am okay with that!
There cd is a must have. They deserve to be Orlando's fav. band! I can't wait for the album. They are seriously addicting. Can't wait to see them live!
