The Wellness Center staff comprised of a five exercise specialists, two wellness representatives, a registered dietitian and three group fitness instructors. There are six massage therapists that contract their services with Orlando Regional Healthcare. The staff is available to supervise the fitness floor, provide and lead exercise instruction, design and implement exercise prescriptions, teach/lecture on various fitness topics, provide fitness assessments and nutritional counseling and provide one-on-one instruction.
