Historic Racing's North Turn Beach Bar & Grill sits on the exact location where racing history began in Daytona Beach. The races took place right on the beach starting in 1936 until World War II and then continued with the first Grand National Race in 1949. These great races ran each year until 1958 when they were relocated to the brand new Super Speedway where you can witness the thrill of the Daytona 500 and Pepsi 400.

Racing's North Turn is the BEST!! The staff is friendly, attentive and they always seems to have fun at their job :) Which makes eating there a delightful, entertaining experience! The food is unbelievable and you can't beat sitting on the deck sipping a cocktail watching the dolphins going by in the ocean. I love everything about this place! I can't wait to get back to FLA and visit them all soon!

Racing's North Turn is one of the most outstanding Resturant and Entertainment that I have found in my travels across this country. The music is excellent and Family Oriented. The food is outstanding and very reasonable and they have aan excellent Childrens menue. The owners are usually there and are always happy to here your praise, or take care of your complaints if that were the case. Walt & Rhonda as well as the whole Staff are always working to make your visit one you will tell your friends about. This is a stop that you won't want to miss.

Not only is the seafood the best! I can catch all my favorite sports teams. It's great to watch your favorite Football Teams and be able to catch the Nascar Race at the same time. Love the flat screen tv's, being on the Atlantic Ocean, and the great service. It's my "Neighborhood Cheer's" and Janet's the best Bar Tender around!!!
I threw a surprise party for my husband's 40th at Racing's North Turn back in February. The food was exactly how I planned, the atmosphere was perfect, the guests were all thrilled, and Dana was our hard-working, highly attentive waitress. We couldn't thank Rhonda, Walt, Lars, Julia, Steve, Stacie, and Dana enough for everything they did to pull off our surprise!!!!

This is the best ocean side resturant in the area. If you like great FOOD, great MUSIC, and a great OCEANSIDE place to go this is it. Big outside covered deck right on the sand. it is a MUST GO!!!

I stay in Daytona during football season and watch all my NFL games at the North Turn. You cannot beat their food, service or prices. The ambiance of looking at the ocean while eating and watching your favorite team play is indescribable. Lee
This is my Cheers. If you are into NASCAR it's like being in hallowed ground. It's a museum and restaurant all rolled into one. The ahi is to die for. Try it with teryacki garlic sauce.
