We welcome you to Red Sun Yoga, a beautiful yoga studio designed for everyone, regardless of their level of experience. We are conveniently located in Winter Springs, FL, serving Orlando, Winter Park, Oviedo, Waterford Lakes and surrounding areas.
We offer 20+ classes a week with certified and registered yoga teachers and a full complement of Hatha Yoga classes, Ashtanga classes, Meditation and private yoga lessons. We also offer massage - a great complement to yoga - and provide a center for continuing education in health and wellness.
Red Sun Yoga is a registered school with the Yoga Alliance and provides the area's highest quality 200-hour certification program for teacher training. The course is offered in the spring and fall for individuals seeking to deepen their personal practice or register as a yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance.

In my travels I have been to yoga studios all over the country, but none compare to Red Sun Yoga. This studio is beautiful, peaceful and clean.
