Rolando's Cuban Restaurant is a family owned and operated business. It has been open in Casselberry since 1988 and has been owned by the Rodriguez family since 1999. We have won numerous awards such as the Golden Palm Award, Foodie Awards, Silver Spoon Awards, Orlando Magazine and Zagat Survey Award. We also recently re-decorated so if you haven't seen us in a while you should drop by and tell us what you think.
At Rolando's, we strive on treating our customers as if they were family. That is the respect and honesty that our parents have instilled in us and how we would like to be treated. We have 3 children whom most of our customers know quite well: Nelson, Armando and Emmanuel, and 3 grandchildren: Madeline, Antonio and Angel Gabriel.
