Seito Japanese Restaurant is owned and operated by successful entrepreneurs Seil and Misun Chin, who founded the restaurant at the Winter Park Village in 2000. Celebration, the second location opened in November of 2002. Baldwin Park, the third location opened in 2005.
The best sushi I've had. I eaten at Fusian, Gizmo, Katana sushi, Nagoya, Ichiban all good, but mu all time favorite is Seito. Ecellent atmosphere at he Baldwin park location.

Every piece of sushi is treated with tender care and is fit for even the most discerning of tongues. I have been to three of these locations and quality is outstanding across the board. This is a business that strives for excellence and I would be hard pressed to put any other sushi competitor above it. When I have visiting company I bring them to Seito Sushi because it has consistently been a delicious and satisfying experience.

Delicious!!!! Try the Popeye roll or Godzilla roll. My 8 year old niece is a picky eater but she loves the shrimp tempura and cherry blossom roll at the Winter Park location.
Seito's sushi is the best of the best.No one can top their food.They have the best sushi and best service there.The Popeye roll is my favorite roll.It's a great place to be at, even kids would like it.It's just a great place with great prices.
Seito Winter Park has the best sushi I've ever tasted. Ask for chef Parker's rolls - nothing else compares but all of the chefs are friendly and courteous.
