Great selection, good prices, very friendly - during your scheduled appointment.
Heaven forbid you show up early or exceed your 1-hour appointment. I knew you had to have an appointment, but she didn't say for how long it was. And there was no warning when it was over. She just stopped helping me.
We are not from the area, so when we showed up a half hour early, we were told to please come back later. We could not even browse the large store and stay out of the way in the meantime. We had to sit in the car. Perhaps if we had been able to browse during this time, the scheduled hour would have been enough???
I probably would have bought a dress there yesterday, but when my hour was up, she pretty much left me when I hadn't even tried on all the dresses yet that I had picked out (and I didn't pick out an extravagant amount of dresses or anything!)
Judy wasn't rude, but it sort of felt more like a doctor's appointment than an enjoyable wedding experience!

I went to Judy a couple years ago for alterations to a bridesmaid dress. She was able to turn the dress around very quickly and was so personable through the whole process. I've recommended her to several friends and look forward to working with her in future.

Judy is great. After another bridal shop all but ruined my daughter's dress, Judy saved the day in no time at all. I am sorry we didn't start there to begin with. I have referred many people there since then and they have been more than satisfied. Her selection is wonderful and the service is outstanding.

The Bridal Secret is a hidden gem! Judy has a gorgeous selection of dresses. She is a pleasure to work with and knows her stuff! Both my sister and I found our gowns through her. She does beautiful work as well with alterations, etc. Judy is the first person I recommend when I encounter a new bride to be!

I fell in love with the styles of dresses. The Bridals Secret made me wanna get married. Looking at the styles created by Judy and her staff makes me wanna wear a dress everyday to bring my feminine style out. I am currently a big tomboy but I think that will change soon. THANKS BRIDALS SECRET

The Bridal Secret should NOT be a secret! Judy is fabulous and her dresses are gorgeous. Not only was my dress perfect, but it didn't break the bank. Judy did my alterations and even made my veil by hand! Cannot say enough except - SHARE THE SECRET!!!

Judy is passionate about her shop and her dresses! The store is beautiful, with new dresses all the time... I tried on many!! I had the best experience, and will recommend The Bridal Secret to all brides!!
