The Dr. Phillips house can accommodate up to 200 guests and has a garden terrace and Victorian Gazebo. The I.W. Phillips House can accommodate up to 150 guests and has a courtyard surrounded by lush tropical gardens. Both locations are also intimate for smaller events.
