Hello, I am Gary Tolla, the Owner and Chef of Tolla's Italian Deli & Cafe.
I am a native of Connecticut and wanted to bring my style of cooking to Winter Park, Florida. I have many years of experience working with large companies such as the Marriott Hotel which gave me the opportunity to prepare a wide variety of cuisines. I also was a teacher, working with the visually impaired. I taught these individuals how to prepare meals and run a full service restaurant. I enjoy working with food and my favorite style of cooking, Italian. I am Italian of decent and was raised with authentic Italian cooking. Many of the foods that you will enjoy come from my family recipes. I hope you enjoy my cooking as much as I do!!!

been to Tolla's the first time last week and what a true pleasure. The service wa sp personal and friendly. The food is both down to earth and masterful.

Tolla's has tried and true Italian comfort food. Great Pizza too. The Gorganzola stuffed fillet is to die for. Wonderful place for a family meal.

One of the best kept secrets in Winter Park! Try it and you will like it! Great for small parties, 30-40 people is the limit I believe. Treated like family in all regards.

Tolla's is such a wonderful addition to Winter Park - for lunch but especially for dinner. I only wish I lived closer so I could enjoy Tolla's cuisine as often as I'd like. Gary's a wonderful restauranteur who doesn't meet a stranger and makes your dining experience only better. If you've not had an opportunity to dine at Tolla's, you're definitely missing out on fantastic Italian fare!
