Staff so competent and knowlegable. They compete in triathalons so they know the product they are selling. Customer service is the #1 objective on their mind. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
We visit the Clermont area for trainig rides and runs 2-3 times a year and every time we're there we stop by Tri & Run. They have the friendliest and most helpfull people working there. They make us feel so welcome and have great inventory of shoes and apparel. We buy our shoes there instead of back home.
What a difference a proper fitting pair of running shoes will do for you. Jane was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time with me to help me make the best decision for shoes. I would definitely recommend Tri and Run to anyone and everyone.
Great store overall. Great selection. But the best part of the store is the personalized service and friendly staff. Much better than another more well established store in Orlando.
Tri and Run has been excellent from the first day they opened their doors on the West Orange Trail in Winter Garden. They always seem interested in how my running & training is going. They have also been great about scheduling fun runs and races. They have great gear at good prices, also. Their store has slowly become something of a hang out for some local runners--I never know who I might see walking out their door when I'm running by their shop every day.
Any serious runner who hasn't visited their shop needs to give it a try. After a couple of visits, you will feel more like you are visiting a friend than making a purchase.
