As a Triathlon Coach I highly recommend Front Running Sports to all my clients for their running needs.
I like the fact that everyone who comes into the store is encouraged to get onto the treadmill and get videotaped for their shoe fitting. Then, not only can the store reps do their jobs better in recommending a shoe type, but the athletes themselves can also see what the reps are trying to do for their running mechanics.
Video benefits:
• Still shots of the gait help determine exactly what type of shoe you need to be in.
• Video analysis can help determine if you have a biomechanical problem, muscle imbalance, or flexibility issue.
The best thing about this store is the knowledgeable staff. They know everything about gear, training tips and resources to make you the best runner possible. They are not only sales reps but athletes themselves. It takes one to know one.
