Last time I went into this store I was looked at like I was a leper. There were three people behind their small counter who all stopped their conversation to look at me. I said hello but got no response. Their selection was mediocre, focusing on the big two with very little Indy selection. True the store was clean but it felt sterile. I think I'll be going elsewhere.

A Comic Shop that likes to have fun? A Comic Shop that has artist and writer signings? A Comic Shop that has a huge selection of Indy books and not just your everyday superhero crap?
Wait that’s A Comic Shop.
Yes, I’ve seen children in there and yes I’ve seen adults in there and yes I’ve seen college kids in there. All of them excited to be there! All of them in comics for the love of comics! The staff always knows what I’m looking for, which isn’t usually the big two (Marvel and DC). And if I forgot to order it they probably ordered it anyway. Why would they order books that customers didn’t order? Because they know not everyone is going to start a subscription. They never neglect ordering books because of personal bias, so you can always be assured to get what YOU want. Definitely not a Wal-Mart, not a Target, They are A COMIC SHOP! And comics are what they love. Thanks to everyone at A Comic Shop.
