Annettes Cakes

I had a last minute wedding come up with less than a week's notice. I called around town, and nobody had the time, much less the price, to meet my needs. A call to Annette solved all my problems. She met with me and sampled a number of different flavors, as well as explaining all of the options we had for icing, decorating, etc. When the cake was unveiled, everyone thought it was beautiful. Annette's butter-cream icing was so perfectly smooth that at first I thought we had gotten fondant by accident! (Of course it was exactly what we ordered...butter-cream!) The flavor of the cake, and the fillings, was amazing...As a chef, and a wedding photographer, I am around a lot of wedding cakes....this was BY FAR the best one I can remember! (everyone at the wedding actually ate all their cake, and many went back for 2nds) And the gum-paste flowers she made for us were absolutely perfect!

I HIGHLY recommend Annette's cakes for any occasion.
