Ok - Think about trying to work with the most difficult, pain in the @$$, unyielding, selfish person in the world! Got them in mind? Now TOTALLY think of the COMPLETE opposite! Yep! That's Anna! How amazing can one person really be? Not only did she "get it" - she TOTALLY nailed it. Time was ticking; I wanted to do something special for my son's acceptance into FSU. This was a party to celebrate him and tell all of our friends and family that he was going to be a Seminole. No ordinary cake would do!! Anna listened to me and really asked all the right questions so she could fully understand what I was looking for. Anna delivered a stack of books!!! How perfect!!! Three tiers: a Psychology Book, Chemistry Book, and Medicine with the FSU seal right on the top. His major: Sports Medicine! Way to go Anna!!! Even though that was over a year ago, I still share that story with people! Thanks Anna for the little things!!! ~Shalene
