Best in town, hands down. Having a local roaster who serves fair trade, organically grown beans is a huge plus. It shows their commitment to not only doing business in a quality way, but also supporting both a sustainable way of life and improving the living conditions of where the beans are sourced from. I am a little dissapointed that I graduated from Rollins since I don't get an opportunity to visit as much anymore. If I'm in Winter Park, I'm certain to stop on in! This place makes me miss my days in Portland and makes thankful there is a least one business around Orlando that gets me close (at least in mind and spirit) to the NW. Just say no to homogenized America.....You have a choice......choose Austins.

This is a favorite stop for my wife & I. We love coming here for the excellent food and great service. We always bring our family here as well when they escape the cold to visit us in the winter. The breadsticks, Wedding Soup, and Baked Ziti can't be beat!

Sick of all the chain establishments in homogenized America? Then look no further than Ridgeback. You are greeted by the actual owners and have an opportunity to enjoy the craftsmanship that goes into winemaking. Take a moment to understand the wine making process, enjoy the in-store experience, and try a few samples from their wide portfolio. Remember what is was like to purchase something that is made local and is fresh? If so, then stop on in. You won't be disappointed.
