Longwood Ladies Workout Express

I love this gym! This wonderful gym's owner, Delaine is an amazing personal trainer who has helped me lose 15+ pounds since having my baby six months ago. I do not know what I would do without her. Everyone who works here is so friendly and motivating which has helped me stay pumped about working out. Being an all women atmosphere is great too! The spa and nail services are to notch. You just cant find anything like what this gym has to offer anywhere else in town!
