My child attended Discount Music Center's "School of Rock Summer Camp"
It was awesome!!! My son, 8 years old, cannot stop talking about it and now is SO motivated to come home and practice. For the first time ever, he is excited and truly motivated to learn to play an instrument.
They really show the kids a fun time and have SO much for the children to do.

It is worth every penny!
They also have rock band and guitar hero.
At the end of the week they perform and I was able to watch my new little star on stage with the lights and fog machinegoing, it looked like a real concert. My son felt like he was a star for a week.
I would tell any parent to try it out- your child will be hooked just like mine is =)
They also have School of Rock each week for an hour and a half(music lessons where they teach you 3 instruments)!
