As you can tell from the comments we have a great team. We are classically trained, which means, we teach with proper biomechanic what Joe Pilates taught. We are all fully certified (some teachers are not) to teach on all the equipment Joseph Pilates designed as well as all levels from beginning to advanced. We, also, were the first Pilates studio in Winter Park to see the importance of small group mat/tower classes and have basically set the standard for quality teaching in central Florida. In business since 1999, MatWorkz is one of the first Pilates Studio in Central Florida. All teachers have a minumium of 600 hours in training and have been certified to train on all the equipment Joseph Pilates designed.
