Now called Urban Ashtanga, this studio offers a true Ashtanga practice, Mysore and led classes. Four of their teachers have studied with Sri. Pattabh Jois and are passionate about teaching as well as learning. They offer a variety of classes for every level. Great teachers and a cozy, comfortable, safe place to practice.
