That "WOW THE CROWD" that Swamburger throws during Expo Tees once a month is only about 10-15 minutes and still sounds better than most venues all year.

I was one of the laziest people on earth until joining the class about 4 months ago. I always figured any martial arts would be too stressful for my taste and bore me, this class actually keeps my attention and encourages me to keep active while promoting good health. Works for me, my life span probably sucked before joining...haha. Thanks for keeping me alive.
