I see many people saying that Hollerbach's Willow Tree Cafe is the best place to eat in Sanford. I say it is the best place for entertainment and food IN ORLANDO!!! The atmosphere is amazing and laid back, the staff truly treats you as a guest (not just a customer), the food is to die for, the German beer selection will sweep you off your feet (if that doesn't work you also have a full service bar), and the owners Theo and Linda Hollerbach will come out and make sure you are having the time of your life. If you don't believe it, come out with me on a Friday or Saturday evening for true fun with live German music. If singing and dancing isn't your thing, come for a relaxing afternoon lunch either outside with a european cafe feel or inside surrounded by artwork. Also, if you dare, I challenge you to walk by their case of homemade desserts and not want to try at least one. My favorites are the apple strudel, the black forest cake, and the triple chocolate cheesecake.
The first time I went there for dinner I had one of those "where have you been all my life?" moments. See for yourself. Enjoy.
