I visited the Red Brick for the first and last time. The pizza was over priced. The toppings were not gourmet as stated on the menus. The sausage was of the Tortino pizza variety. The pizza was not cripsy, the dining area was dirty and the employees hustled coupons during my meal. Not worth a return visit.
The Red Brick should moved to a mall since it's nothing but mall food.

I was raised in Chicago on deep dish pizza so trying to find good pizza in the Orlando area has been quite the challenge.
The challegne has been met with the pie from Pizza Xtreme.
The only suggestion I may offer is to either open a place in Seminole County or start delivery to there.
If not in the mood for pizza try the philly cheese. One of the best in the Orlando area.
