Where else can you go and run track with Tyson Gay..the fastest human on Earth (He just broke the record in the Olympic Trials).They have several Olympic medal winners on their staff,including Dr. Dot Richardson, a 3 time Gold medalist in softball.The gym and the staff are amazing!! CLEANEST gym I have EVER been in!! The triathletes swarming the facility at all times are amazing (and very helpful if you have any questions about training)!! You can be a all around athlete, or just a 60 something once a week workout guy, and they treat you all the same! The price for membership is less then most gyms listed here. Great job Orlando Health for a great
facility!!
