"All Levels" = Beginner and Gentle! I went to the "Hatha - All Levels" Saturday morning class, and it was not really for all levels; it was really for very beginners or those wanting a gentle class. We didn't even get into yoga poses/asanas until at least halfway through class. The instructor then failed to incorporate more advanced variations where possible, e.g., full wheel in place of bridge. She barely ever actually mentioned the name of the postures (even in English, let alone Sanskrit); she did this on numerous occasions, which made it more difficult to follow the class than it needed to be. Moreover, we didn't do a single balancing posture, let alone anything that would allow us to go into a truly deep stretch or twist. If you're a very beginner, the class is fine--perhaps even great for you. But if you are an experienced practitioner just in town for a few days (as I am) and looking for a class to supplement your regular practice, this is not the one for you. They should call the class what it is, and that's not all levels!
