Although many people want to call Villa de Flora a buffet, this upscale "European market" has re-invented the category, thanks to the adept hand of fourth-generation executive chef Rose Hall.
Featuring a dining experience around six kitchen stations, Villa de Flora offers a seasonal market-inspired menu from the countries of the Mediterranean, including France, Italy, Greece, and Spain.
Villa de Flora is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch.
Villa de Flora has been named "best brunch" four years in a row by Florida Monthly readers. Located inside the scenic Gaylord Palms Resort, with seating beneath a soaring glass atrium.

Absolutely one of the best places I have ever dined! The food was fabulous. I am a vegetarian and had a wonderful selection of food to choose from. The meat lovers in our party were also thrilled with their experience. The musicians were a wonderful subtle touch to the atmosphere. Planning to go back soon!

Villa de Flora is not just a buffet, but a truly amazing dining experience. The variety of food spread throughout the Marketplace makes for one delicious meal. It is definitely the place to be!

The buffet at Villa de Flora is out of this world. Unlike most buffets, this is truly an outstanding dining experience. I would highly recommend it.
