The staff there are very nice and helpful - always ready to answer your questions, or offer advice. I haven't been able to go there as much as I would have liked this year due to an injury and several deaths in the family, but when I do go, they are always there with a smile - the facility is top-notch, and well ran, and very clean. Thanks guys! =)

This gym offers wide range of classes where the instructors are friendly and motivating. After struggling to feel comfortable at a gym, I finally found one. Winter Park Health and Fitness is the GREAT gym!!!!!!
