Best yoga teacher around Orlando! I have done her yoga teacher training and it was life changing. She's really up front, really honest and very available to communicate with. I have been to other teachers and I felt intimidated by them and their big yoga words, but Jane is friendly and will go at your pace. I felt an immediate feeling of comfort and peace. See for yourself, it just resonates from her heart to yours.
